Bad customer Service

Good Day,

I hope this query finds you well. I would kindly like to have your assistant, because i Purchased a TV at Modjadjiskloof Duiwels with an installment. I bought the TV on the 16 December 2024 and around July 2024 TV didn't want to turn on and i returned the TV to the same store I bought it. They replaced a TV September 2024 after I logged a complaint. Now the same TV model there's no sound but there's a display and it's been weeks.

I went to the store and logged a complaint and they advised me they will come and collect the TV since it's risky for me to deliver the product to their store. I have been waiting for TV to be collected and replaced for weeks now.
