Bad customer service and unreliable store ever!!!!

My name is Zandile Kwinana, i bought a fridge at Lewis in King Williams Town on the 30th March 2016 , i put R2000.00 deposit as required. I was helped by a sales lady by the name of Bulelwa. i was promised same day delivery. the fridge was never deliver. I tried to call this Bulelwa lady several times, she is not taking my calls. I decided to call the head office this morning, i was told someone will get back to me ASAP., i was never called back. I called the branch, i was transferred to Bentley who advised hes a \store manager\". he was also not helpful, i told him i want my R2000.00 back, seeing that they cant meet my needs. he advised i need to come into the store and sign for a refund. I am currently staying in JHB, would you really ask someone to travel all the way from JHB to KWT just to sign a document??? what happened to faxes and emails? its been 20 days today, NO DELIVERY, NO CALL or WHATSOEVER!"
