Bad Customer Service and Neglecting personal information

Lodge a complaint 2 weeks ago that my machine is broken and I’ve since been waiting for the branch to contact me. It seems as though they are stalling, on top of that the head office personnel is so ‘neglective’ they forwarded me another customers personal information (bank statement and ID Copy)
