Bad customer service and ************* company

I was granted credit at Lewis on the 17the of March everything was proceeded and was promised delivery will be made the next day.Till today delivery has not been made because they dont have the fridge that i bought.My question how do you sell something that you don't have on stock. I've been doing follow up with them and every day their store changes regarding delivery.Bad customer service and ************* company.
