Bad Customer service

I would like to lay a complaint about Zone Mthembu from Lewis West Street . Her customer service has been noting but unacceptable what's worse is she has now blocked me off her WhatsApp because i could not take up a deal i had made because they took long and i asked her since i had signed a debit order mandate will they still deduct from my account . You honesty can't be so unhelpful and rude to customers where they continue to take the furniture or not that is unacceptable .
