Bad customer service

Lewis Stores Grahamstown. I bought a proline laptop in september 2021 it stopped working in July 2022 i returned it they gave me a new on on the 28th of september knowing the warranty expires on the 30th. I returned it on the 10th october they gave me a new one which did not work as i received ut at the store. I called the stores regional controller she told me there is nothing she can do. I lost all my money. I am not happy at all ill never buy again at lewis.
