BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service at lewis is so bad,I bought furniture which was delivered late,calls are never answered.The next thing I get messages to collect a "birthday gift",their link routes to an unsafe,non private website,you get to the store they don't know anything about those messages,they will always tell you that they will call you back and never do until a customer calls back.Head office called to say I must go back to the store the manager will assist,you get there manager is not around,so far I regret ever doing business with lewis stores..what a waste of customers time and money going up and down for "we don't know"..shame
