Bad customer service

I bought a kitchen scheme at a discounted price of 13000 last week Thursday with the promise of getting a sink woyh it, these cupboards assembled the assembler is 4 hours late an the sink didn't come with tbe scheme. I am so annoyed Lewis personnel doesn't have customers interest at heart had to phone them without givinge the feddback. I hate the dont care attitude being served, whereas i have paid a total amount of 13000 if this is the treatment that one has to endure for a discount of R 2,500,then i would never ever purchase anything from that shop
