Bad customer service

On Saturday I went to Giyani branch the lady who was assisting me with attitude, said l don't qualify because my statement doesn't have 1500 and on that time I have the deposit of 900*5 a day 800*4 a day on that day l collect 9400 cause I do financial services. So the lady at Giyani branch has a problem or maybe the store it self
