bad customer service

Helllo peter, I have a problem within the above store, I bought 4 piece kitchen scheme for 4,599.99 on installment on 18/11/2011, I was paying my installment of R350.00 well until I lost my job on 15/04/2013. I then went to the sales lady and tell her that i've lost my job and she told me to come with a letter showing that I'm not working, I went there with everything and they told me to wait for head office to reply. I didn't get any reply I went to them again and they said I was paying good so they just wating for head office to settle the owing amount. After a Mont no reply I went to ask they told me it's declined. They told me it's not their problem I didn't read my contract. Problem is my installment was almost finished.now I'm paying lots of arrears, for that time I wasn't working. The arrears went high to the price that I bought my stuff with.
