Bad customer service

Good day, what a poor service my mother received from Lewis store,at Botshabelo mall under the management of Mr Bongani.. the client,Mme Mookho Khabanyane,who is my biological mother went to Lewis store to see if she will be approved to have an account, on the 10th of April,she asked the lady who was helping her that she has not made the final decision on couches, that they will have to wait until I go with her that Saturday of the 12th, unfortunately they had already processed with the account and debit order, so we cancelled the account in store and we chose what we wanted, TV and the stand, they promised to call my mother once the previous account is cancelled so they can proceed with the new one, there was no call. On the 17th of April she went back, and they proceeded with the new account, and promised again that they will call my mother when they bring the furniture, no call Na furniture until the 25 my brother went to ask about it ,I also went there to ask on the 28th , and it only came that day which was Monday after 11 days of approval, whereas they said is the same day delivery, Because the we were supposed to pay Month end of May, they deducted the amount of the first cancelled account, on Friday the 30th, so now we are unable to pay the present account because the debit order of the previous one was not cancelled, and they must return the change to my mother, she still didn't get help because now they must fix it so the correct account can be paid

Today she went twice in the store at Botshabelo mall, the manager was still not there since morning, so should we return their TV and stand and cancel everything, because my mother is a 68 year old, with the chronic illness, high blood,she can't handle their treatment at the moment. Lewis store at Botshabelo mall the service is not good, if the manager can't control the situation customer will run away, no more will I ever take anything from that store!!!
