Bad customer service

The Lewis furniture store in Khayelitsha customer service is appalling and detoriates daily.I will definitely take legal action against them because what transpired today cannot be forgiveable.The went to a refence address that I put on my application and threatened to reposess their belongings,should they not pay them an amount of R750.They had no legal document to produce that I reside in that resident nor that i utilised that address to purchase the furniture.What they did is absolutely unacceptable and shall be dealt with in litigation.Should this not be resolved amicably and they do not commit to apologise,I will definitely take legal action against them and this not a threat but a cer*****y.
