Bad Customer service

I would like to complain about the pour service I got from the Lewis furniture store at Sasolburg

I claimed for insurance the beginning of June and I spoke to the store manager, he said he will log a call for my claim

I phoned him first week of July and said he will call me back he never did, I phoned again today the 5th of August and when he had it was me he transferred me to complaints department and the person I spoke to said he never received our claim

I am every disappointed at the service I got especially from the Store Manager George
