Bad customer service.

I have a very bad experience dealing with Lewis furniture store Eldorado's Park Shopping Centre. It's now the third week and I'm still waiting for my kitchen units after paying hg cash for my stuff. The management and sales person is very unprofessional and I'm decided to go and cancel the deal. I'm really disappointed in the service I received from both the manager Graham and sales person Serina and will not advise anyone to purchase goods from this store. I would always advise this store to remove the promise of Same Day Delivery as they have no idea what that means. Dianne
