Bad customer service

Early last year I bought a Kelvinator automatic washing machine from Lewis in Strand. This was while Carmen was still branch manager. Not long after we bought it we started having problems with the spinner. I went to Carmen and she booked it with Kelvinator. This was our first fight about the time being taken to fix the washing machine. After a huge struggle and the first hellopetet review it was eventually fixed. It did not hold long so the technicians had to come again. This time it was a bit quicker. After that it started giving problems with the spinner again in August of last year. By this time Lewis had a new branch manager named Dorothy and the maintenance contract with Kelvinator has expired so by this time Lewis was using there own tecnicions. So I reported the problem again and they booked it with the technicians. Between August and February sometime I reported it again. They have absolutely no record of this, which tells me they have not even booked it. By February this year I have still notrecieved as much as a phone call from them regarding the washing machine. The only telephone communication I have how ever received was from an over eager consultant named Douglas asking me if I want to buy anything else. This was after asking him numerous times not to contact me during the day as I work night shift. I had to being almost rude for him to respond to my request. Going back to them they booked it again by now I gave them a week time in between visits. Again I waited for a week, going back to them I gave them an ultimatum saying that they either fix it, replace it or they will find themselves on hellopetet by the next week Thursday. Note that from the first day I reported it until now I have not received any phone calls at all regarding the washing machine. Suddenly three days after the threat I received a SMS from Dorothy saying she is struggling to get hold of me. According to her she wants to keep track of the communication so she sent the SMS from her personal number, because acording to her she has tried to contact me before regarding the machine. When I went there after receiving the SMS she booked it again so the Thursday they eventually came. Telling me my washing machine needs a new pump which they will put in the following thursday . on Thursday evening between four and five I sent Dorothy a sms on her personal number saying that the technicians were not here. It is now Saturday the following week which the technicians mentioned and still no pump, still no phone call. I am appealed by there customer servic and the way they are now trying to cover there tracks.
