Bad customer service!

Bad service,I’ve been requesting for a settlement letter since December and they keep on making empty promises. I won’t forget when they debited money for something that I don’t have after promising that I will get it after three days. Lewis is bad and lack customer service,I won’t pay that account shame,I’m honestly tired of the bad treatment I got from them. I’m gonna take this to twitter too. People need to know what they are getting themselves into 💔
