Bad customer service

Bad customer service from lewis Vanderbijlpark store manager and her subordinates, that store manager is useless she can't handle customer quire's. I just need a statement of my account only nothing more but she can't issue such. People don't buy from lewis if you miss your payment thier employees will come to your place of work and harass you, when you request your statements they don't wanna give it to you, i wonder what they're hiding. Please be warned Lewis is not good.
