Bad client service from Lewis stores

Good day

I bought couches from lewis stores the middelburg Mpumalanga (Tvl) branch and from the day they delivered the couches to me the 3 seater recliners didnt work properly and there was scratch marks on the sides of 2 of the couches the material is damaged and now the single seater and one of the 3 seaters couches is open on one of the seames on the back pieces we reported it a couple of times now and no effort was made from their side to make a plan with it.. Im really not happy with the type of service we get from them especially that we are loyal clients we are not behind on payments or anything... This is really un acceptable i need feedback as soon as possible
