bad bed

Good Day i bougth a bed at lewis store in dundee last year september, i bougth this bed for my mom she only sleep on this bed only for one month she told me that the bed is not cormfatable i change her bed i give her my old one than i used the new one from lewis, i also find the bed not oky, i call the store to complain they never bother to attend my problem till i was so rude to them calling everyday telling them to come n pick the bed and give me the new one. i stop to pay the account. i started to call from september they come to pick the bed around march i ask them to close my account than i dont need any bed from them any more, they decide to send another bed. the bed they send is worse than the first one i complain again but than still no body is hleping me
