Bad bad service

Last month Lewis offered me a credit and I accepted it because I have always wanted to purchase a lounge suite. I was interested in buying a Bianca 3 piece, but I was advised to take Camero 3 piece because there has been many complaints and returns made from the Bianca lounge suite, yes I was not happy with the choice but I took it. after a week I noticed that the 2 seater was not right and I took a video and went to Lewis Store Middelburg Cape branch and I showed them the video and they promised to send people to inspect the couch. They went to my house the following day and asked my Mother what is wrong with the couch and she didn't know and I assumed because I told them and showed them the issue they should know, so they left and I heard they left and phoned the branch and ask why they left because I did show them the video of the broken couch, they promised to go back and check but I was informed they never returned. I called again the branch the following week and they promised to go and check the couch and they never went. Last week Tuesday I phoned again and now I asked them if should I bring back the couches and they said no they will go and check. I was told that the Manager and other guys were there to check and the Manager confirmed that the couch is faulty and they will come back now now to collect it..up until today the couch is still there and I am really not happy about, I actually regret accepting their offer, if I was owing I'm sure they would've collected the couches immediately and now the debit order went off they received their money and yet they do not prioritize my complaint. The couch is getting worse everyday and it's not even a month since I purchased them. I did not want to take these measure but they are leaving me with no other option at this moment, if they can't give me another couch. I would like to cancel the contract and be refunded.
