Bad bad service

Went to Lewis store in khayelitsha Mall Sat the 26th October spoke to a sales lady bought the double bed cash paid an extra R150 for delivery was told the bed would be delivered Sunday between 9-1pm Waited the whole day they never came. Monday they called me while I was at work I told them to deliver at 1pm as my daughter would be back from school at 4pm I called requested to speak to the sales with no avail , requested to speak to the branch manager they said I must hold they dropped the call , I called again I got the lady I asked to speak to the manager again they said he was busy with interviews. I left my number they called again apologizes and promise that before end of business the delivery would be done I waited. Received a call after 6pm the lady told me they were heading to my house I said fine an hour later they called me with the cellphone telling me that they were in my area I must get people to go a fetch them on the road I sent my kids 40 minutes after my kids came without the people I then called the number the lady told me that now they are afraid of being ****** asked their whereabouts so that I can go to them they said we must meet by the somerset taxi rank I took my car to them I arrived there called them eventually I saw the lady she told me to the driver house to go and fetch the bed I bought and paid the delivery for that 8:30 pm I refused for now I just want to cancel the purchase
