Good morning I am sending this email on behalf of my mother Miss Maria Aschendorf. I am sending it with a very very heavy heart and very very upset with the services she is getting from Lewis Furniture Store Here In Eldorado Park. My mother is a pensioner, and she has an account with Lewis for the past 10 years and is always up to date with her account she makes the means to go and pay

For the past +- 6 to 7 months she went to Lewis to complain about the bed she took by them and still paying it off She wanted them to take it back and give her another one or make it right but her complaints went in vain . Every month she is paying and when she goes by the store to pay, she keep on telling them That the bed is broking, and she cannot sleep on it she old and that it makes her back pain

There was a person ,a guy from Lewis that came here to take pictures of the bed and told her in front of me and my wife that they will send some out That was about 6 months ago and still, since then no one came out to the house and ask what is going on.

EVERY MONTH SHE GOES THERE AND PAY AND TELLS AGAIN ,AGAIN WHEN WILL SOMEONE COME AND SORT THE BED OUT

TODAY IS THE 29/08/2022 SHE IS GOING TO PAY AGAIN AND SHE IS GOING TO TELL THEM AGAIN AND THIS TIME I HOPE THEY LISTEN BECAUSE I WILL GET A LAWYER FOR HER AND MYSELF WILL TELL HER NOT EVER EVER AGAIN TO PAY FOR THE BED UNTIL THEY DO SOMETHING SHE EVEN TOOK OUT A THE ROOM DIVIDER THAT SHE IS ALSO PAYING FOR

IF NO COMES BACK TO HER TODAY WITH AN ANSWER SHE IS GOING TO THEM TODAY IN ELDORADO PARK AND SHE IS GOING TO SCREAM HER LUNGS OUT THIS SAME EMAIL WITH THE SAME CONTENTS WILL BE SENT TO THE OMBUDS MAN AND HELO PETER AND WILL BE ALL OVER YOUR FACE BOOK and TWITTER ACCOUNT BY THIS THURSDAY MORNING AFTER 10 AM IF NO ONE COMES BACK TO HER
