Bad bad product and bad bad services

My mom bought a washing machine that she is paying an instalment R1000 every month with no fail and she is also paying insurance the machine kept on giving her problems when she reports they come collect the machine then to be fixed when they bring it back they claim that is fixed but when we try to wash the machine is still in the same condition is not washing machine still under guarantee now the machine has been fixed more than 3 times with no change sill the same it just goes on put water but not washing sometimes it can’t drain water yet every month they debit my mom account she is the reason why she bought washing machine is her health condition but she still has to wash with hands because she bought a washing machine that is giving her problems on Wednesday the machine came back from repair but same day mom tried to wash the machine is still in the same condition and they swapped our metal back cover and put a plastic one that doesn’t even fit we called them to come collect it we are tired of them fixing the machine they must give my mom a new machine no instead they send a technician to come fixed they are buying time for guarantee to finish my mom will be stacked with a s**** machine 😡
