BAD Attitude - Sasolburg Area (Account) Manager

Good day,

I received a call this morning from Lucas based at Sasolburg branch, it was in relation to my outstanding payments which I acknowledged and informed him I'll be making payment on Wednesday (28th) when my salary runs. It was a decent and professional conversation that ended well.

A few minutes post that, I received another call from an African lady, whom when I answered the call...she just went on to ask "why are you not paying your account and giving us problems"?! There was no greeting neither did she inform at first hand, who she was and the reason for the call... she was just plain rude!

I had to ask to whom am I speaking to and from what store, how unprofessional!!! Despite explaining to her that I'd already spoken to Lucas and will be facilitating payment on Wednesday.. she just went on....

I work in a retail environment and know how to maintain and provide exceptional customer service....her attitude is beyond acceptable!

At this point in time I do not even care that she's ordered a repossession for tomorrow, I would gladly cut ties with a company that doesn't value it's customers!
