Bad and unprofessional service from lewis Eldorado park!!!!!
This is now the 5th time I'm writing here about Eldorado park Lewis!!!
I explained what happened and now they I giving us the run around again!!! After being approved, which I have proof of. Signing a contract and a mandate for a debt order. To be called from different people with different stories!!
Than today being told they reapplying and they struggling to get approval after already being approved???? Does this make sense!!!!
How the hell because you guys help unemployed people but can't help people that are working and that have legit documents!!!

First the store manager calls than says I'll make a plan for your things to be delivered
Than calls again and says I'm trying to get credit for you 😔 after being approved and signing a mandate????!!! Make it make sense!!!!
Than got a call from a lady called Jane stating they giving it over to Shane she will reapply for you!!! like what the hell is this?????
Than store manager called again saying head office can't tell them they have no right to tell them anything they now rude and getting ********!!!! I have recordings of all the phone calls I'm tired now this is draining.
Driving up and down spending money and airtime. I will not leave it here.

13 Sept 2024, 12:56The store manager does not have the skills or the qualifications to be a store manager and it clearly shows!!! I'm not sure how he was promoted or given the postiion!! But the guy lies a lot and sells people a dream I'm tired of this. What type of store manager makes different people call you to give you four different stories!!!
The way he spoke to me and my husband on the phone he was so rude and unprofessional!!! I have all the recordings and proof of everything.

Please explain what the hell is this???? After getting approved now we being asked to confirmation letter and signing a mandate!
It's fine I don't want the items anymore but I wont leave it here I'm going to go the legal root as I wasted so much time and money driving up and down and the service I received was horrible. I have proof of everything!! Including phone calls and documents.
I will just deal with this legally now. I'm done fighting you guys now.
