Bad Aititude and Not getting any Feedback

I called Lewis Head Office 2 days in a row this littel snicky lady called Colleen apperently working at Head Office had a bad attitute When i was quering about my Wifes Tablet that she should have received when she purghage the LCD TV of R 6999 .
