<p>My name is Steven Mokoena , my Lewis account 002340, my Cell number ********** 204. Ony the 05/05/17 I went to Lewis Store in Johannesburg Commissioner Street to pay my account. The cashier called (Donna) discriminated me very badly in front of my spouse because I am disabled person . She was only given a written warning without apologizing to me. On the same day I have to drive from Joburg to Alberton to pay my account. When the manager from Alberton try to reprimand her on the phone , she also insist by making ************** statements about my disability. </p> <p> </p> <p>I will appreciate if this matter can be handled by Human Resource from Lewis Head office. Otherwise I will report this matter to Human Rights Commmission to assist me or I will take Lewis to Equality Court because they allow their staff to discriminate people with disability. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
