I am glad to rewrite my review to take the opportunity to say that due to the exceptional service I received from Shamimah the customer service manager I have change my once bad opinion of Lewis store. She has restored my opinion of Lewis store, Shamimah assisted me with the utmost professionalism and care, I commend her on her commitment to servicing the client to the best of her ability. I am also grateful that she arranged I get a formal apology from the regional manager, and I even received a thoughtful gift. Thank you Shamimah for restoring my hope in Lewis stores. You are a Star.
