Awaiting Debit reversal for over 2 weeks

Lewis stores.lenasia branch. I have been struggling for over 2 weeks to get money reversed back into my account, a debit went off my account,after i was told they not getting funds on my account . I visited there branch to do a cash payment nd on the same day my account was debited. Submitted my query, I was told they it would take 2 to 3 days before I receive my funds .It's over 2 weeks now and I'm still waiting. I contacted the branch spoke to 1 employee Jordan was told he will call me back.matter was escalated to the manager ,same response I will be called back.. it's been 7 days nd still no response.
