Application not responding
Went to Lewis today after getting this sms " Dear Ms Rantili, congratulations, you can buy for R101400. Please visit your nearest Lewis Stores branch to complete your credit application." The information was captured on their system, but when it was submitted it gave a phone number error. Then I waited, when they tried to recapture again it gave another error stating that the ID number already exists. I need help as I still don't know the outcomes till now, I wanted to buy my mom a mother's day gift. I took my ID and my 3 months payslips, as the bank I bank with is not available in Ladybrand.
