Appliance repairs

Good day,I would like to share my experience with Lewis store in Commissioner JHB.I bought a deep freezer in 2019 December and as per the contract I have a 3 year guarantee with them.2021 in March the freezer stopped working I called the store they took it for repairs by the guy named Eric,brought it back and it only worked for 1 day never worked agin it remained hot.I called them again they get fetched it after 3 days to be repaired by Eric again.Everytime they bring it bag it only works for 1 or 2 days and the same issue again.This has been happening for more than 10 times now.Now recently I have been calling them for 7days and they keep on saying they will fetch it ,I spoke to the branch manager Noma no assistance at all she keeps on making empty promises,I called the head office spoke to Noni who advised because the freezer was bought in 2019 and only started having problems in 2021 they can't replace it and the report to have it replaced must be from Eric n she can't give me the contact details for the department who makes the decisions for replacements.Its been 7 months dealing with the same issue n there's no way forward.I must say I'm very disgusted by the service I recieved and lack of assistance from this store.
