Appalling customer service

The customer services at Lewis stores, Eyethu Mall branch is appalling. The employees have no respect for customers whatsoever, as soon as you walk into the shop you are met by them screaming at each other, not wearing masks or making personal calls instead of helping customers. They will have three stations open for making payments but only one of them will be working while the rest are either eating at their stations or just blatantly ignoring you. If you need to use your card to pay they will tell you that the machine is not working and you should go draw money and come back. They make mistakes with purchases and turn it so that it looks like the customer is at fault. All in all the service is disgusting and the employees are rude!!!
