appalling customer service

Purchased a fridge cash at Lewis stores Protea glen in Oct 20 however the fridge is faulty have informed them I have been promised a call back from 08.02.21 but nothing, the customer service is pathetic the employees basically dont care what happens after purchase as long they reach their target one will suffer as the customer. As a cadh I will never consider Lewis as whole...
