Appalling customer service at Lewis Store Acornhoek Plaza

Purchased a bedroom suite on 5 Oct from Lewis Acornhoek Plaza..today is da 11th and we have still not received the goods. We are being sent from pillar to post by the staff. Dealt with Sibongile Mhlanga who is utterly rude and has no regard for the customer. Her attitude is appalling to say the least. Besides the store having failed to deliver, she had the audacity to tell us there is nothing she can do to help us as the computers aren't working and we should just go home. The store did not even bother to contact us and give us updates, instead we have been calling them only to be told they still assembling the unit. I don't know why it's taking so long. Sibongile Mhlanga and the store at large know nothing about customer service. This was the first and last time i will ever set foot in that store.
