Appaling service at Lewis Mdantsane

I must say that the service received at Lewis Mdantdane branch has been appalling.I purchased a Wall Unit on the 10th of February yet on the 19th of February it still has not been delivered.What annoys me the most is that the Sales Agent Marhadebe and the cashier keep lying to me with regards to the delivery date.This service is ununacceptable as I fully paid for the item with cash upfront and do not deserve such!I have contacted the customer care Department and requested a refund.I am now awaiting feedback.Hoping for a speedy response so that I can purchase the item elsewhere.
