Any one with my experiance please assist me please

Hi i have a problem with Lewis furniture at soshanguve plaza ,there'this manager called France makhubela i don't no how that guy got a managerial position but the guy is very bad news,he doesn't care he doesn't want to pay my deposite money cuz i cancelled my purchase,can you please guys help me to get it back please cause i need to use it please ,its been 2 an half weeks asking for my refund.
