Angry customer

I'm very frustrated with lewis store, I've always been a loyal customer I've never missed my payment dates...but they always fail me at first it was my bed that I bought I struggled and now is my tv ....I bought it by instalment and later on I settled my bill to my surprise they debited money into my account I called they offices they gave me stories and requested me to send my id copy and my bank statement which I did on the 18th of December... they told me that they will refund me which they never did...I want my money back I'm the one who always call them and they don't.....I will never ever buy from lewis or recommend it to anyone......I'm so angry because I've always been a loyal customer but they treat me like trash.... lewis is not a good shop it's a ****mer their furniture is not even of good quality because u buy and after two months there's always a fault on the furniture 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I want my money back
