Angry client

I am not HAPPY with the service we got from Lewis store Frankfort, my mom bought two beds cash on Monday and she was told that she will get her delivery yesterday morning. The whole of yesterday she did not receive the delivery and no one contacted her, I called the store yesterday around 16:41 to follow up on the delivery I was told the manager is busy on the phone she/he will get back to me shortly. Until now I haven't received a call and my mom is till waiting for her delivery. Yet Lewis advertise a same day delivery on TV.

Thank you Lewis for attending to my complaint, my mom confirmed that she received her beds and she was also promised a free gift. The manager also called her and apologized . Thank you very much.
