Lewis, why is it a problem for you to update our accounts immediately? What is it that you have to wait 21 days for? I have settled my amout with you and dont owe you but instead of doing right by me then i get to wait for you guys to decide if im worthy to be debt free, i missed opportunities because of you guys not updating on transunion is it fair though? People i paid up have already updated but you only have me going pillar to post jist to get you to update
checked on experian it still says i owe you guys!!

10 Nov 2023, 10:12I regret to inform you that I am once again facing the disappointment of missing out on an opportunity. However, I understand that this is the way things are meant to be. As per my records, I made the payment for my account on October 25th, and according to the standard business days calculation of 21 days, the deadline falls on November 23rd. If no action is taken by your team before then, it can only imply that the issue cannot be resolved.Lewis again i have to lose out on an opprtunity but i guess thats how it should be, now i paid my account on the 25th of October and 21 days which is business days is on the 23rd of November and if you guys havent done anything by then, it surely means that the problem cant be resolved!!
