Angry and disappointed

On the 4th of November I went to Lewis pritchard Street and bought a freezer that goes with a microwave, TV and a home theatre... I got these goods delivered on the 5th November but I only received the freezer,TV and home theatre...I was advised that the microwave will follow after a day or two... It's been a very hard time having to pay on the monthly basis for such a service Romeo was my sales man and I called him and even sent him massages on his phone and sent him what's app massages about the delivery of the microwave...Romeo then reffered me to the store manager who doesn't even take means of me receiving the microwave it's been weeks calling the store and speaking to connie the (manager) it's been a month now waiting for the microwave and iv Been getting run arounds from the manager... I even went to the store to ask what's the problem since the is no form of communication from Romeo or Connie and still I waited two days like they asked but still nothing...it's very frustrating starting to open an account then get such treatment from the store...all I want is the microwave to be delivered by Thursday before Christmas failure to do so I want them to come take all their goods
