I have reported the aggressive behavior and harassment myself and children have experienced from your Alberton Staff stores . I have reported this 3 times to your head office . Last on Friday 6 March . The Alberton staff harass me at work , my children at home and even going to my friends houses . They are rude , the scream at my children in the complex and security has been alerted as because this behaviour has not been addressed by my 1st complaint . When I call the call centre I am told the person still handling my complaint is busy on a call and will get back to me .

I made arrangement on Friday as to how I will catch up with the arrears as I cannot deal with this behaviour of screaming at me and my children telephonically and in person . Just this morning they were screaming loudly in my complex at my young son that doesn’t know what’s going on demanding to enter .

This is unacceptable behavior and I would appreciate a response in writing as their aggression to me also screaming at me in the phone and also coming numerous times to my workplace has not been addressed.

I made arrangements on Friday to pay Lewis directly . However Lewis appears to be employing aggressive people that harass customers .
