acount quary

I bought freeezer priced at R2300 told them not to deliver as I will come in nd pay it cash bt had a acount wit them for a bed freezer was deliverd I did not have time to go to them a week later went to go pay up acount was charged for the freezer R5800 I spoke to maneger on variouse ocasitions was told even monday the 14 september 2015 that she will phne me the follow day this has been going on since februarie or march I'm not shure bt I dnt get feed back from her she keeps saying she will phne me back bt dnt do so I have to waist my money nd time to enquere plz assist
