Account Used Without My Consent – Unauthorised Items on Credit

I am very disappointed with Lewis Stores. They added a second invoice of over R13,000 to my name without my knowledge or permission. I only received two items (a freezer and an appliance pack(R6500+R1200), which were delivered and signed for on 27 November 2023.Now I am being held responsible for items I never ordered or received. I have proof of what was delivered, but my account shows extra charges, making it look like I owe over R24,000.This is unacceptable. It feels like ***** and a violation of trust. I have contacted Lewis to dispute this, and I expect them to correct my account urgently. No one should have debts added to their name without consent
