Account Settled In June 2015

Account was settled in June 2015. July 2015 an account was received with an outstanding amount. I went to the store in Woodstock . The Lady checked the account and confirmed the account was settled and will be fixed the same day. <br> <br> Oct 22 2015 a letter was received - \ COURT ORDER IMMINENT". The account need to be fixed asap. I am reporting this on behalf of my mother who is not in any condition to visit the store and if this account not sorted and cause more stress on my mother who had been an account holder for many years. Lewis stores will receive more then just a \"" COURT ACTION IMMINENT\"" LETTER.<br> <br> When I called them they say the account holder must call and the do not understand if its not possible.
