account refused to be closed

on the 03/11/2015 i reported and submitted retrentchment papers the store promised to phoned me but i found that i still billed and in areas on the account reported cant be payed due retrentchment.<br> <br> this account must be investigated and reffered to mornach insurance as per agreement from the store.<br> over 2 months now still waiting for the response froom the store.<br> <br> regard<br> nosipo fanti
