Account not updated in time

It's over two weeks now my issue is not resolved,and it's really frustrating to call the store every month why can't your system be updated and now you are taking time to resolve my matter.your agents are *********** also no call for updates yet I paid in time your account is ruining my credit record...your services are poor and you only care about money not customers.
