Account in Arrears

On February 28 I paid my account at the Kraaifontein branch, bare in mind that my arrear instalments were R-45,23 my monthly instalment are R1153,61 but the total due amount were R1108,38 .I paid R1200,00 I do have the written receit as proof a colored female wearing a purple jersey but no uniform assisted me. Around the 12th of this month I received a sms that I should make payment , I called Best Electric to say that I did pay so in response I should ignore the sms if I did. Only to discover that I have to pay R1763,69 due to a R342,69 arrear but my question is HOW? I called Bellville yesterday she put me through to someone else, Kraaifontein would get back to me and I'm still waiting. I call their head office but only call centre agents named Victor and Naledi were of assistance, Not really, she gave me a fax number that is NOT even working! Why should I have to go through all this nonsense if I did make my ****** payment. And who is to blame now?me for paying or the *******ED CASHIERS. I'm definitely not paying this money I rather take this matter to court to prevent myself of getting a BAD credit record due to incompetency!
