Absolutely unfair !!!

App**** for credit got approved but then cancelled and walked out the shop, but they have a debit order on my account taking money yet I have no items of theirs called the shop I went to they advised there is no record of this yet I have bank statements showing proof ...emailed the head office no response called the head office no answer ..now I have credit with no iterms

How long is this investigation going to be as I need my money plus I need this out my credit profile as all this is so inconvenient please do respond as soon as possible to away forward

You guys still have a debit order on my account yet I don't have any of the items headoffice called me and said its cancelled but the debit is still on my account set to go off again this month ..I will take this up with my lawyer as this is seriously not on as I been applying for credit and its picking up lewis store

Please advise way forward as I can't be running around wasting fuel to sort something that should of been sorting from day one

You guys called then advised you going to call me back I been running up and down taking off from work trying to sort this matter out this is really inconvenient as I thought this was sorted please this is absolutely not good seriously guys please help
