Absolutely Terrible...

<p>Dear Lewis,</p> <p> </p> <p>Herewith my comment to your Horrible Customer Service.</p> <p> </p> <p>My fiance has an account with you and he has paid over R15,000.00 in just 1 year.</p> <p> </p> <p>Everytime i phone and ask you simple questions, you struggle to answer me or you tell me that i have to talk to the Accounts Manager, when i then ask for contact details or to be put through to him/her i get excuses and lies flowing out of your mouths.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please close down or get the right people to do the jobs and to do it Correctly!!! </p>
