Absolutely bad
I bought my my wife a washing machine this year around July. After 3 months it months it started to make funny sounds and now it's leaking when you drain water. I went to Lewis and reported the matter, was told that I would be contacted. No 1 contacted me and I went again last week and still nothing. The painful part is that I bought the machine cash. I am extremely disappointed.
